Can anyone play their P100 without getting tunneled?
All the time we spend leveling up our favorite characters and it's just a slap in the face.
I can't play my main without lobby dodging until a Killer with Lethal Pursuer joins and tunnels me out.
I just played as one of my lower prestige Survivors and the Killer just went for the P100 in the lobby. I even tried to take a protection hit, but the killer just ignored me running in his face and tunneled out the P100.
This is really beyond annoying at this point. Why are these not hidden until the end screen? What is the reason?
It either scares Killers away or forces them to laser focus on you. There is no in between.
I was tunneled out of a few matches Last week where I brought a Terrormisu and the Killers would take me out and then Farm with the other 3.
Has anyone heard from the Devs how their test went several months ago?

Lol my killers only go up to P13 because I main Freddy and don't use his add-ons. I just started playing Wraith a couple weeks ago, I'm loving him!

Might as well forget about hiding it at this point.
The devs pretended to care about the issue at one point then stopped.

I've only been tunneled/camped/slugged for being P100 maybe like 3 times. These are the only times the killer has explicitly said they did it because I was P100. Otherwise, I don't notice a difference really. I do, however, notice that killers lobby dodge when they see me in the lobby with my P100 main. Even if I am the only P100 survivor, they'll lobby dodge. I sometimes have to resort to the "toxic switch" when the timer nearly completes a few times even though I don't necessarily like doing that.

Yeah, I hate doing the switch too! It feels so unfair to the Killer. I do make sure my low Prestige character decoy is holding any item my P100 will bring so they are prepared accordingly for a med-kit or toolbox. But, we shouldn't have to do this.

I rather have the feeling that I am not tunnelling when I play my P100. But maybe that's also because my hunts are relatively good and it may take so much time. Personally, as a killer, I prefer to go for the lower level survivors, as they are more likely to complete hunts faster.
But I've seen enough people playing P100 like beginners.
When I use P100 people, a lot of killers also leave the lobby.

I know the feeling. I'm average at best. I simply always used Prove Thyself when it had the bonus and I run BP builds on my Killers until I get to Silver Or Gold rank.
I also worry about the lobby dodging.
Doesn't that instantly screw with matchmaking for 10 people?
The 4 Survivors in the lobby, the Killer who dodged, the next 4 Survivors they match up with, and the backfill Killer who goes to the P100 lobby?

That does seem odd. If there's one p100 you'd think the killer would avoid them and go after the lower prestige survivors.

I see ppl doing that switch even when everyone else is already readied up... I'm like... you COULDVE just switched and hit the button. You don't HAVE to wait for the timer since the game starts when we're all readied up.

It would screw the matchmaking of the original lobby, so the 4 survivors and the killer that backfilled. The NEW lobby wouldn't be affected.

I don't have chat because I play on Switch so idk if the motivation is to be mean or if they feel it's strategic to get rid of the P100.

I am a P100 Dwight and I don't usually get singled out and tunneled for it. Normally when I get tunneled its because that's how the killer plays or they need the kill because they're losing gens.
My issue with being P100 is the lobby dodging. That's why I think they need to hide prestige levels until post game.

You can still do it, my friend. I play on SA servers and sometimes SWF with people from NA or EU. Just gotta endure the ping.

kinda but the constant lobby dodging was more of an issue, so i would last minute switch and then get tunneled for the last minute switch. So I just stopped playing my main.

I've never been tunneled as a P100. Billy is simply too fast. 😘
I don't have any survivors on P100 but I find it weird, that killers would tunnel the P100 of all survivors. Wouldn't it make more sense to tunnel the guy with low prestige?

You'd think that we're nearing the point where enough people have P100s that they don't stand out anymore. Being P100 never really meant a lot, but it means less and less every day.
I occasionally get tunneled when using a P100, but not so frequently at this point that I can say it's more often than with any of my other survs.

tbh i've never gotten a survivor to p100 so i've not noticed but as killer i def dodge p100s. i'd rather not go into a match with them personally. if they hid the prestiges i'd probably stop playing dbd because dear god i want the option to dodge high prestige players if i want to.
yes, i've heard the "prestige doesn't = skill" argument a bazillion times. i'm more concerned that p100 players tend to bring items and offerings because they have a bazillion of them by being p100. that feels more boring than going against good survivors with no map offering and no boosted items. :) i feel most killers don't tunnel specifically the p100 because they're spiteful, maybe you're just the first they chased and they were going to tunnel first chase anyways. just an example. i feel this discussion needs more nuance because i can assure you most people who tunnel just do it because they want someone dead fast, regardless of who it is. i know getting tunneled isn't very fun but surely we can find out another option than hiding prestiges.... :(
(just an editors note - but obviously i don't tunnel and i'm not being malicious with this post, i play killer super casually and if this change happened it'd suck massively, i think i'm the only one celebrating this change not coming for a long time lol. i guess i will continue being a vocal minority then)

Na you know if you played killer for a while 7/10 times the p2 Dwight is a loop God, and p100 claud is trash. All jokes aside most seasoned killers are used to seasoned survivor movement so they play accordingly while the p2 Dwight movements are sporadic and unpredictable because he doesn't know that the tell he's doing

Fewer and fewer as time goes on. And as a killer, I would say a majority of my lobbies have at least one P100 in it, so if I dodged them, it would be pointless in most cases, because I'd just get more P100s.
