In a reddit AMA, they answered my shirtless question about that with "in due time". And coupled with that he was supposed to get a waterfront massacre skin(was in a article), but they vaulted it for unknown reasons. So hopefully soon.

Gabriel needs some casual clothes, sports clothes, animal onesies, pyjama, blighted outfit, valentine's, etc. Such a beautiful character with a cool lore, and they are totally neglecting his cosmetic potential. It is baffling.
