Simple(ish) Legion buff idea
Legion is a very fun killer (to play as, not against) and the buff given in 5.7.0 was amazing in buffing frenzy, but it didn't address a problem legion has had since its introduction, no actual chase power. Now you can stab, and then cancel frenzy directly behind them, but the fatigue makes the legion just a worse wraith at the point. This leads to legion just having their power constantly with no real reason to use it except if players heal, which they stop doing in high MMR.
This idea I will present allows legion to have a constant use to their power, and gives them anti loop, and chase potential
Some reading ahead, so ill leave a TLDR here, and ill go more into details below
TLDR: Allow legion to cancel their power in the very small window of a feral vault, preforming this cancel within this short window of time (0.9 seconds) cancels the power without triggering a fatigue BUT fully drains the power.
Details
When preforming a feral vault over a pallet or window during that vault you can press M2 during the vault to cancel your power mid vault, coming out on the other side in your normal stance, ignoring the fatigue and the movement speed that accompanies it. Preforming this fully drains the power forcing you to wait 20 seconds in order to preform another vault. This allows for some risk reward, if you use your vault at a critical moment, it can allow you to get a down significantly faster, however if the survivor plays smart, they could waste your vault and return you to a basic M1 killer for a while. This can be used at any point in the power, however using a canceled vault fully drains the power, no matter how much you had left.
Why?
There are 3 pallet vaulters in the game, Legion, Wesker, and Chucky
Out of the 3 Legion is the weakest
For Wesker, its strange, I am not a Wesker main but when they vault they lose their power, but get a really small stun, so although the main idea of the power isn't to use the power to vault pallets or windows faster, they still have the option to if needed for some reason
For Chucky... They just get to vault pallets, somewhat slow don't get me wrong but they can just vault pallets multiple times, and the main draw back to this is that they vault slower than survivors, but they can do it many times, and they can vault during their power, extending it.
Legion has the fastest vault out of the 3 but gets no value from it because of the fatigue, which slows legion for 3 seconds allow players to gain massive distance from legion giving no real reason to use this outside of chaining hits.
Why should this change happen? The point of this change is not to turn legion into an A tier or S tier killer, but rather to give a solution to some of legion's big problems, Having the power constantly, with no real reason to use it at all, and the lack of chase and anti-loop, and I hope my proposed idea changes this.
Some Notes and extra details
Play a grunt or noise during the vault cancel to give information to the survivor that the legion used their power
Change the power icon during the vault to let players know they can power cancel

It doesn't seem to be overpowered or exploitable, and it leaves room for counter-play. Seems like a good idea to me.

Bump sorta, but I do wanna add that I need help with finding a name for this "Vault cancel" Something that fits legion's aesthetic and I can't think of a name

Really Valid Point, and I haven't even taken into consideration new players, into account so my bad. Do you think that a speed buff to the cooldown would make legion good mid chase? the 5.7 update reduced the cooldown by a considerable amount, and it really didn't improve legion's chase by a whole lot.

I'm confused, does this essentially mean Legion can freely vault (once per power CD), over 0.9s, into a regular basic attack? I feel like that'd be awful to play against if that's right. Cause what would you do?
For the record I would be very very okay with a good Legion buff but that seems like it'd be Chucky on steriods, and people already HATE scamper. Am I misunderstanding?
But I also really like the fatigue movement speed buff idea. Extra frenzy speed would be good too, basekit chainhitting is awful.

You make a good point, my rational was that since legion could only do it every 20 seconds, it wouldn't be as strong as Chucky, but what I failed to take into consideration is that Chucky isn't fun to play against, and making legion more unfun to play against might get the removed from the game /s
Jokes aside, the idea that Tatariu made is good, where increasing the movement speed, would open the door for legion's power to be used effectively in chase.
Despite that being a good idea, its still a shame, as the main idea behind the original idea is to solve 2 big issues of legion, which is lack of power usage/Having the power constantly with no real reason to use it, and poor chase power.
Edit: For the record, I still stand by my proposed change, as I feel its a change that solves 2 big problems and legion's design, and although it seems unfun, other killers have more oppressive powers than a 0.9 second vault every 20 seconds.
