FOV Slider: Is it normal to feel faster?
I just played as Myers with the new Beta feature on 103. I love the view and it feels like he moves faster. Is that the perception all Killers have? Like they're movement speed is increased?

A wider FOV gives the illusion of faster speed, yes. It's because the sides of your screen appear to go by faster.

The illusion of "faster" speed and wider view unfortunately means that I get motion sickness if I increase the FOV.
Which also means that I can't watch streamers playing Killer anymore, because of course they've all got the setting maxed out. Obviously, this isn't as bad as not being able to play Killer at all without equipping shadowborn and I'm very glad BHVR have added this accessability feature for the players that need it. But I wish content creators would be mindful of the fact that increasing the FOV will cause some of their viewers to experience the same kind of nausea that the feature was added to alleviate in the first place!
Anyway, just putting that out there as a PSA for any streamers that might visit the forum. Maybe a good idea to consider setting the FOV somewhere in the middle.

Can you play as Chucky ok without motion sickness?

I can. Anything in the third person is generally fine for me. When I play as Chucky, my brain is watching a fixed object (Chucky) as it moves on the screen, so the wider FOV is not such a problem. He also doesn't move that fast most of the time.
But if the Killer is in the first person view, my brain is tricked into thinking that it's actually me that's moving even though my inner ear knows otherwise, hence the sickness. With the increased speed and FOV, the surroundings pass by more quickly and I can obviously see more of them. But the focused view point of the original FOV cuts all of that extra stuff out, so I don't get so sick.
I'm not sure I've explained all that so well, and I don't fully understand it myself. But I hope that makes some sense to you.
