(Fixed) "Exclusive" Chapter DLC charm is in the Rift
You get the nail gun charm for buying the DLC but it's also available in the rift. To be honest im not so bothered by it but they've never done this before and im guessing there will be people that will be bothered by it.
edit : as you can see it's false advertising.
I don't care much about charms, but this is false advertising. To maintain trust i believe BHVR should address it.

I don't believe so but the prime rewards have been confirmed that they will come back to the store at some point. Chapter DLC items have never been available separately before, and it says you cannot buy it seperately, but this charm is in the premium rift so you can actually buy it separately.

Its a charm if people are gonna get uppity over a charm you must live in a nice country in a nice walled neighbourhood for this to be an issue for you.

Also. The rift is missing 75 auric cells. Only 925 are in the rift.

I didn't even know Alan came with a charm, so it was a pleasant surprise. I suppose I should have expected one, since chapters usually come with a charm.
Technically, it will be an exclusive charm when the rift closes, since it will be only way to get it. And it's not like anyone is getting it for free, because you still have to buy the rift pass.

It would make sense for them to replace it with 75 auric cells. Since the charm is not supposed to be there and 75 auric cells are missing.

It has now been fixed.
I thought they would make this one 75 auric cells, but i recounted and it's now 1000 so i think they changed something else somewhere.
