I do like the new Rift as well. The new cosmetics are great, even the recolored Ace outfit is a good recolor. Plus we have badges and banners now, which I am eager to unlock. Much better than last year's which was Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day cosmetics, it's a relief to not get more of those.
Not to mention the Tome challenges have been made easier and more rewarding, which is a welcome change.

the best about this update is the new FOV slider, it took them very long to implement into the game, but its there now, thanks. Oh and about new Rift? Imo they made the best Clown skin so far ("pennywise" hehe nice one)

Are badges and banners going to be replacing charms in future Tomes and Rifts? Not a great change in my opinion. I personally couldn't care less about the badges and banners.
I don't mind them replacing those pointless throw away Rift charms, but to only get a badge for finishing the first level of the tome is pretty poor. I hope it's not all badges and banners, because I won't be grinding my way through future tomes for any of those.

Itβs just for this one, not all of them. Itβs to give variety. However, all the different cosmetics and outfits are really cool. They definitely got creative.
