Hello

I flashlight saved my teammate from a killer grasp which also means I blinded the killer but it didn't give me any progress in the achievement.

I don't know if this help but I played against The Demogorgon. I found yellow flashlight in the chest I didn't bring it from lobby.

    I have the same issue on Xbox, achievement didn't progress after getting a flashlight save.

    Also just noticed this. This is primarily when I use a flashlight, so it's a bummer it doesn't work.
