add more supply cases when playing against singularity
it's abysmal to play against a good singularity that constantly infects you and it seems like there's almost no supply cases to get emps as they're all spread out so far. adding 2 more cases surely wouldn't hurt much

If you grab EMPs as soon as they are available, survivors can have up to 8 emps ready to use at once. More cases are not something that are needed since if the SIngularity is doing a good job at forcing emps he's playing well and gets rewarded.
We don't need the situations of release Singularity where there was way too many emp cases making it nearly impossible for singularity to use his power effectively.

Singularity already puts in more work compared to other killers for the same effect, we don't need his power being nonfunctional because everyone gets to eliminate his power 24/7.

Definitely no. They had this going in the ptb and it did not workout for the killer. It caused a serious balancing issue.
