Damn, the Knight killer is not good ...
Alright, I already made an post about the knight problem and how he should be changed in some ways but this is not that today topic.
Why this killer is so ... bad ? I mean, he is not D tier because people DC front of him

Knight's issues:
- Lot of bugs that are old for months and effect his gameplay in almost every match (Guards AI sometimes breaks, following a Survivor incorrectly/ineffectively, you can do some tricks with the AI as Survivor to make it difficult for the Knight, etc.).
- Add-on that increases guards detection range is reguired.
- Outside of Assasin, chasing Survivors with your AI will almost never get a hit unless cornered.

He may not be that powerful, but he is extremely fun to play as.
I bought him two days ago and I'm having a blast! Me and my guard working together to down an Ace was hilarious.
I think he will take the spot of "second main" for me.

another killer that feels really bad to play due to bugs and feels awful to play against
knight and twins are twinning!

he´s not bad, but he 100% have a lot of problems, his basekit is almost useless without map of the realm and the yellow addon that gives you more pathing speed, his guards are so slow, they just need to buff him for a bit

I do find him very fun to play as. When he works. He's buggy, glitchy, janky, awkward, unreliable, and his add-ons suck. He'd be one of my mains if BHVR took some time to fix him up.

Yeah, luckily I have yet to run into any of his bugs. Or perhaps I already have, just didn't realize it.

honestly, love how it feels like he weights a thousand tons with each step. must be shaking more water than a t-rex.

Same! Feels like a monster of iron, which is perfect for a sadistic knight.

Can be good if you use the best tactic on him which is proxy camping and tunneling. I thought they would fix bugs when he was in BHRV jail but he got nothing out of that break idk why.

I was just gonna say that! The twins in my opinion feel better to play as but not by much, I've been maining twins lately just so people get excited and get to have fun with something different, we have to find ways to have fun anymore.

I respectfully disagree. I value a killer that can be in two separate chases at once.
My build is as follows...
Addons: Dried Horsemeat, to increase the chance of getting an injure with a guard, Call to Arms, to better sneak up on survivors on gens.
Perks: Lethal Pressure, to guarantee early pressure and synergize with my other perks; BBQ and Chilli, to know where to go whenever a get a hook; Discordance, to know which gens to head towards to get two chases at once, and Nowhere to Hide, to kick a gen and potentially find a hiding survivor (which happens a lot) so I can either start a chase or send a gaurd to do the heavy lifting.
Give it a try. It may change your opinion on The Knight
Lastly, I understand why people like Map of the Realm, but I value the two addons i always use MUCH more
Sincerely yours....
Sandt, The Knight Main

His power design directly impacts what is fun do as survivor.

I think he is one of those one sided killers that allows the killer to have fun but at the survivors expense. I have considered getting Knight as I have heard he is fun to play as but this has put me off just because I do feel bad inflicting something on someone what I wouldn't like myself. This is just me though. On topic he is not an OP killer his AI just breaks very often and often leads to annoying glitches for the survivor side.

He's really fun to play as and to get good at but he's also frustrating to play as. He has glaringly obvious counter play which renders his power useless when survivors do it properly. He's buggy and his power is abit clunky at times. He's got strings on his bow but still, holding w beats him easily.

Knight is a mixed bag.
His power is amazing for certain situations, but against him he feels incredibly pressuring when those situations are in play. He also kinda needs a few addons to be better than base for his guard detection and duration. That said, I've personally enjoyed running him because of three things:
- Pincer attacking survivors at loops is incredibly satisfying. Jungle gyms are a gamble if they get detected.
- Split pressure is great.
- His sound design is top tier in my opinion.
