Rework Survival Score
Survival points are loaded too much towards escaping the trial, which can be a rarity for many players, particularly in soloQ. This is one of the problems that leads to survivors not earning enough bloodpoints, which can feed into the feeling that playing the game (especially a clearly doomed match) just isn't worth the trouble. Survivor is easy to lose as, and receiving a paltry amount of points for it, sometimes even when you escape, does not help it feel any better. The only other ways to earn Survival points are self-healing, self-unhooking, recovering on the ground and struggling on hook, or interacting with certain killer powers. These are all difficult, impractical, or unrewarding.
A lot of the survivor score system needs reworking, they need more points across the board in my opinion, but the first issue to tackle should be Survival. I think we should start rewarding survivors points for surviving in the trial for certain periods of time, such as receiving 1000 points for every 2 minutes survived, as a hypothetical example. This would help make it feel more worthwhile to play the games, and encourage survivors to stick it out for the points even if there's little hope of winning.
On a much smaller note, I also think survivors should receive bonus points for having a Mori used on them. Some people just kill themselves on hook to avoid the Mori, I'd like to offer some kind of consolation prize for it to try to dissuade that sort of thing. Have the killer give a little something back to them, at no cost to themselves.

I like this idea. This could be a nice incentive for not throwing on first hook, which is a complaint that many Survivors share. As a Survivor main myself, it would help to boost our gains a bit, even in a doomed match. I notice that I earn more points for altruistic actions than anything, but I'm sad that the gains feel so uneven across the board. Why can't I earn the same amount of points for sticking to gens?

I've had a slightly more straightforward idea in mind when it comes to survival.
How about all survivors in the trial get 1000 survival points any time a generator is completed, and reduce the "escaped" event to 2000 points? That way, you'd get the same amount as you do now if you escape the trial, but you also won't be left with nothing if you die late in the game. Hell, maybe even 1200 per gen, giving you 6k as long as you reach endgame.
And remove hatch objective bonus. There's no reason for it to give 2500 objective points on top of 7000 survival points. Maybe even make hatch escapes worth only 1000 survival points, as opposed to the 2000 you'd get by escaping through gate with these new numbers. Just to really drive in the point that it's not a "win" to hide for hatch instead of trying to do gens or save your team.
