Decisive Strike - needs Quality of Life changes!
This perk needs to be accessible to everyone. 7 years into the game, the perk should not be so hard to use for certain people. If you are playing on a lower-end PC, or on some of the consoles, or your focus isn't tip-top, you can't reliably hit the skill check, because it is *too small*.
Having the skill check so small made sense back when you could keep DS in endgame and also heal and work on gens and not lose it. And the stun was 5 seconds. But now??? Come on. The skill check is TOO SMALL, and makes the perk very unreliable to use.
Considering how nerfed this perk has got, in my opinion, it needs the following changes:
1) Make the skill check bigger. Lower-end machine users, and users with lower focusing abilities cannot hit it. Make it at least as big as the mending skillchecks.
2) Make it so missing the skill check does NOT disable it for the entire trial. If missed, it should still activate again on the next unhook.
These 2 problems are remnants of the old DBD era with its big imbalances. DS no longer has high reward, so it should not have high restrictions that it has had for years. Plus, these restrictions are mostly accessibility restrictions.

for me DS needs to bring back 5 seconds and no scratch marks also for 5 seconds too!

The scratch marks thing would indirectly nerf Parental Guidance though :( I like running them as a combo
I agree that it could go back to 5 seconds + a normal skill check. Everything else in DS is fine as it is

They are going to do something with DS the roadmap has it around summer.

DS just needs the 5 second stun back.

the perk is not good if many people are unable to use it (hit the skill check) though. DS should not be usable only for those who have money for a good PC.
