They need to have their stalk range decreased/changed because they can stalk outside the vision radius and still build Stalk without even seeing the survivors themselves. Gives no counterplay and insta downs the survivors for free.
Survivors also can't see them so it's just free stalk since they don't know.

Well, that's the main idea of the mode. Killers who can stalk will naturally thrive here.

the game mode is suppose to be casual. not exactly a balanced experience. I was playing plague in the light mode and 1 hitting everyone with sickness.

Yes some killers are going to have a bigger advantage on this game mode than others. This gamemode isn't intended to be a balanced mode since it only lasts a week.
