A dbd like game you found not as good

So in the sea of dbd there are games with the similar 4v1 or however amount but what's the one similar game that you found was not as amazing this isn't any of those mobile dead before daylight or Dead by daylight 2022 games no stuff like Friday the 13th, VHS and Last Year. Now they all have their pros and cons but which one would you say didn't really live up to what you wanted?

Soul At Stake would be my pick.

The concept was refresh and gameplay had the right tools to be good, but lack of good servers for so long just wrecked it senseless.

There was also Gold Express which died in early access and the same could be said for Hide or Die which also died in early access.

The biggest one though has to have been Resident Evil Resistance which took a very unique approach to the genre and could have been something truly great if Capcom had of put the money into it.

    Deathgarden

The game had an amazing concept and theme and showed lots of potential. Unfortunately there just wasnt enough support behind it and the game was left abandoned.

If the game were to get re-released today with current knowledge the devs have on a 4v1 game, I believe it would stand its ground much better than it did.

I don’t think behaviour can win with other game releases to people they are the dead by daylight company

Meet your Maker seems to be doing fine even though majority of the players are on console.

    How about all of them?

I could complain about many things in Dead by Daylight but the fact is that I always come back to it : sometimes after 3 months, sometimes after 9 months.

And when I start "fresh" again, I'm always having a lot of fun.

The other games? Dead and buried as far as I'm concerned.

What does the platform used have to do with it? The vast majority of DBD players are also on the consoles.

Yes, but unlike DBD, MYM's pc playerbase is below 100.

My point was that DBD is not bhvr's only successful game and that while not as big, MYM has a big enough playerbase despite it being mostly on console.

Where as with DBD, even without console, it would still have a big enough playerbase to keep the game going with pc alone

Tried out stranger z with some friends, dbd's invisible walls seem like they don't exist compared to this game's frustrating "half the map is inaccesible"

Texas Chainsaw... Their devs can keep destroying their reputation by ignoring feedback and answering obvious troll posts.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Hadn't looked forward to a game in this genre for a long time.

Was a huge fan & supporter of the game. Played the tech test, reported bugs & just looked forward to the game with excitement.

That excitement lasted about a week, if that. Between the horrible decisions they made (splitting playerbase cause they released the game w/ no anti-hack measures, made lobbies take 5 minutes to start, matches would start with 3v3 to try to curb lobby/character dodging, etc), the blatant greed, the unprofessionalism from the the devs in critique & feedback (arguing with redditors or people on twitter), blaming the players, etc..no big surprise so many people quit playing it.

TCM was just another game that came out too early, too fast, by a team of people who were not competent & destroyed a lot of credit/reputation their loyal customers once had for them (cough cough Blizz Entertainment).

I think what really drove me away from getting the game was what they were releasing in their terms of outfits with it costing money to have Bubba be bloody while in dbd it's 8 bucks(Canadian for me) and some time and grinding plus you had to pay a lot for recolors when in dbd you don't need to pay for recolors you just need grinding.

I don't think our PC cousins would enjoy the queue times if they were somehow isolated from the consoles.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre was a huge disappointment. Internet ping too large error week after week, bordering on anti-consumerism due to no Oceania server. Predator: Hunting Grounds still only has 3 maps. I know I was setting myself for heartache there. Evil Dead: devs squandered every opportunity by putting things in the "too hard" box despite another movie dropping.
