Omg, thank you Devs!

This is how i always imagined a hardcore mode.

I absolutely love it! Its been a long time since i´ve had so much fun playing DbD. Both sides feel amazing! Thats a pretty good job.

I get jump scared as survivor and catch survivors by surprise as killer. If there is any chance to keep this mode, then please, keep it!

It is just the worst possible experience possible. Played 3 matches as survivor soloQ and…khem…let those challenges rest.

on Reddit killers said it was easy, maybe will give it a go when in the mood.

    I agree completely.

It hasn't been a day and I've already seen camping, tunneling and some survivors being toxic. But the trials where everyone plays normally are absolutely amazing.

It super fun when everyone just vibing & chilling. Most of the matches are people trying way to hard but that not the fault of the game mode.

There's plenty of survivors who play the mode and lots of them figured out how to use darkness in their favor.

As for killers, if you lack mobility, be ready to get gen rushed like crazy because 3 survivors get toolboxes and one gets the map. Also killers have 0 information and 0 gen defense in that mode ( this info is for those who think mode is very easy for a killer side ).

Numbers on steam look better than a few recent licenced killer releases. Hopefully this shows them how bad we want 2v8, and other modes.

Immersion? Game hasn´t felt like a horror game for ages. I´m really sad, that no one except me seems to like it.

Everyone just attempts to try hard. Instead of just enjoying a different experience. Shame

Every match is me getting chased the whole match, while everyone sits on generators and then I die and the three escape.

My arms are tired from the carrying.

Also why can killers see hooks and gens if survivors can barely see anyhting?

My bf was like aren't you tired of dying? Nah idc it's how it always goes, rinse repeat. Once I finish the tome it's back to a different game for me.

Why can survivors see downed and hooked survivors?

Same reason why killers see hooks and gens.

Ditto for me, op. This does feel like hardcore mode and I'm loving it.

My experience as survivor has been even more miserable than regular soloq. Killer just camping hooks, and tunnelling like mad. It has had its moments, but I wouldn't recommend it to friends as survivor.

As killer it is pretty easy though. Just turn your headphones up and it is all good. 😎
