Teamwork Perks: Please Halve Cool-downs

The 140-second cool-down makes these perks dead on arrival.

Please consider halving the cool-down to 70 seconds or less.

    They wouldn't even be great without any cooldowns at all, since they require you to be inefficient and staple yourself to a teammate.

    Not worth it still. Having half the team be pressured in chase isn't ideal. Gens are the objective.
