Medkit (in general)
medkits and toolboxes are the strongest ones, but meddkits are better for soloq you know? at least if you know how to use it (insta heals are also really strong)

I just go self care and bring a toolbox, so I get the best of both worlds, I normally run Self care + Bite the Bullet turn the corner and start healing and watch the killer run right past me lol
