Entitled toxic survivors

So this is just a callout to the survivor community. Can you please stop being so toxic? If you play against a ridiculous unbalanced 4 people SWF: you get infinite looped, gen rushed, teabagged and called out "GG izi pizi noob killer git gud" on the post chat.

If you camp a hook because literally the gates are open and I see all the red scratches marks around and you overly altruistic behavior puts you in danger I also get called out noob killer, reported for camping? Seriously? Am I suppose to say: "Oh sorry guys, my bad, please let me step aside so you can unhook him and all of you escape together grabbed by your hands, jumping and singing happily"

I don't understand but you guys are not entitled for surviving, this game is already unbalanced and survivor sided, please stop making this game a toxic community of entitled salty players who think if they lose it is the killer's fault.

Do you think it is not fun for you guys to get camped? Now guess what, it is not fun to me to get my identity revealed to everybody, it is not fun to hook someone and get my position told to everybody, it is not fair to me to follow a looper and get all the gens done because you can tell other people "just keep doing gems".

I really want to avoid closing chat immediately because I like to GG and get people's feedback or give my feedback, but it seems you guys think you should survive at all costs, no matter what.

Tell you what, why not remove killers altogether shall we?

    Just play Spirit if looping annoys you.

    It's not just survivors. Killers can show awful behavior too. But I can't deny that survivors tempt to show immature behavior faster.

    @VESTINGBOOT because conflict is much more fun than being nice to each other.

    I am just starting to play killer. I believe if more people play both sides a lot of the finger-pointing would end. You have a lot of immature players that play this game. Yes, some people follow toxic streamers and want to immolate them, but most people just talk shiz because they can. That is the way of the internet. Post a picture on instagram, someone is going to say something derogatory. Devs post a video on youtube, someone is going to say "Fix your sh*t game. or "Pretty good job so far" all the while still playing DBD. I don't think anyone is more bullied than the devs and they are still making content.

    Still play the game.

    Most of these people wouldn't bust a grape irl. My advise, you won't be able to change this behavior. Ignore it. GG and move on. Wave to the haters, post "God bless you" in end game chat and confuse the salt out of them. Both sides can be toxic. I've encountered both, I've seen both. Let us stop acting as if there is one side or another. That is the nature of SOME of the people that play this game. When they stress you out, they've won and gotten exactly what they wanted.

    Despite the survivor propaganda, most people on this forum play both sides.

    If that is so why do most people post as if they can only see things from one side? Your response is a perfect example. Bias against survivors, whether you played survivor or not. Saying you play both sides is not 95% of one and 5% of the other for dailies. It is either survivors fault or killers fault with most people on here. Truth is there are unfair things on both sides. Both sides can be toxic, and both sides finger point.

    It depends on what you mean by both sides. Playing 95% of one and 5% of the other for dailies is not both sides.

    Camp all you want, tunel all you want. But having a problem with survivors doing gens and avoiding you? That is the two main objectives as a survivor. Loop you, do gens. What are they supposed to do? Run around in a straight line until you kill them? Gen rushing and looping are the OBJECTIVE. There is nothing wrong with that.

    Now teabagging and clicking flashlights at you is super annoying, realistically it doesn't alter gameplay much. I will agree with you its toxic and unsportsmanlike. But "gen rushing" and "looping" is survivors literal objective.

    @DasBlackbird

    I didn't read any of the posts so if this ends up being a repeat of what other have already said so be it.

    Both sides have toxic people. This game should not be viewed as "toxic survivors" vs "toxic killers" as its simply TOXIC PEOPLE. If you have a problem with people who complain about the game from the view point of survivor its not going to fix anything if you lump every survivor player into the toxic player bucket. Same goes for killer players.

    The forums is filled with posts attacking one side or the other when in reality everyone is just fed up with toxic people in general.

    What i get from this thread :

    "Huur durr BoTH SiDe aRe EqUalLy TuXIc "

    "Conflicts are fun "

    "Maybe iz dat you baby killerino who are the problem xDDDD"

    I always wondered if Devs are happy to cater to peoples like this :

    And if their initial goal was indeed to create one of the worst online community, by keeping lot of manchilds in the same place, without any rules.

    Seem like you missed the first line of my post :

    "What i get from this thread :"

    @NathanExplosion Unless you're specifically talking about two people while generalizing about what you read in the thread, you're inflating what's being discussed rather massively.

    @fluffybunny

    Not talking about peoples here particularly.

    Take this like a summary of what i read on a nearly daily basis across all forums since this game's release.

    I admit it's tiring in the long go and tend to get old, but hey at least i nearly always have a good laugh.

    @NathanExplosion Spending a lot of time on the forums can be fun, too. I like seeing ideas people come up to and just the lively banter. The game may have issues with toxicity, but I quite like a lot of the people here. I thought you were talking about the thread specifically, which confused me.

    @fluffybunny

    I'm gonna be honnest :

    While there was indeed this kind of posts here, i'm not targeting people down here specifically.

    More the mindset itself, that i witness in all forums since this game release.

    @NathanExplosion I don't think you should discount some else's experience and perception just because it's not your own. Like when you said "Huur durr BoTH SiDe aRe EqUalLy TuXIc," I don't entirely agree with that sentiment. It's true a lot of survivors are toxic, even to other survivors, but some killers are toxic too. I think MegaWaffles made a really good point when he said that the reality is that people are just fed up with toxic people in general. It bizarre that people can bully newbie killers so easily, though, and gross that so many do for easy games. :/

    That would be both sides minority extremists propaganda actually where they say the side they disagree with doesn't know anything.

    Toxicity runs on both sides in this game. It's just a fact. One match, as a survivor, I went up against a pig that only focused on me. With bear trap on my head, she blocked my path to jigsaw boxes, would down me and carry me off to corners of the map. She would let me wiggle free just to down me again then carry me to the basement only to body block me in the corner where the chest was. My fellow survivors gen rushed and stood in the exit gate until my bear trap killed me. Playing as killer I have seen other survivors try to sell out their team mates locations in exchange for their own lives. I have seen a lot of survivors being toxic to each other. Oddly enough the toxicity is what makes the game amusing to me because I never know what's going to happen. You just brush it off and head into the next match...don't let it get under your skin because that's when the game starts losing it's fun. There's no rewards for hitting rank 1 there's no rewards at all, honestly, in this game for achieving anything. So sit back and have fun. Stop being so sweaty and just enjoy the game for what it is. As a survivor I have met a good core group I enjoy playing with and dying with. Hell I have even met some pretty nice killer mains. And I have managed to stumble my way to rank four at one point as a survivor. I guess it's just all in how you choose to look at this game.

    I don't see killer mains dismissing the forum as being "full of survivor mains", so no, it wouldn't be.
