Killer Instinct only procs inside of his terror radius. If you're reducing it on every hit, you're making it harder for him to detect people.

Do you have any idea how legion works? The killer instinct is tied to his terror radius so your idea would actually be a nerf.

Um....no this would be a giant nerf to him since his Killer Instinct works off his TR...if anything I want them to revert the deep wound changes and that alone would be more then enough of a buff to him

So you, to be clear, want:
Less info when in power (remember, Legion's KI radius is set to their Terror Radius distance.)
Less info when in power (KI cannot be countered by anything, Aura Read can be countered by Distortion and Lockers)
But... you want his winrate to magically go up off of these nerfs? Make it make sense.
Your suggestion to give legion half a mural sketch on leaving chase (presumably for 5 seconds? wording unclear) would be minimally useful at best and when compared to the monstrously significant nerfs you slated for them would struggle to make their winrate anything of note.
