Description of the issue: Cannot connect to RTM Server (NorthEast, NA)
Steps to reproduce: Open DBD and try to load to the game lobby
How often: This just happened.

Can confirm that it happening in NA East as well.

The same thing is happening on servers in Asia (Japan).
