Premade nerf?

i am having question, is there or, if there ever will be any RESTRICTION to premade groups? or nerfs? i am main killer, its no fun to play as killer opposite premade group, i am not having single kill because they are calling on discord and they are know how to play with each other, how am i supposed to play bcs when i tunnel, i am noob and big tunneler and useless killer which doesnt have skill, and when i am playing opposite them fairly i got teabag and 0 kills so what is my point is , any nerf on premade groups? restrictions? slower repairing? slower running? whatever? its no fun for killers

i am main killer for years, and there is no chance to get kills from premade, as i said, some restrictions like slower repairing, slower healing or walking for premade groups would be nice, its no fun for killers to play opposite premade groups

No, people will whine and review bomb the game, so it’ll never happen.

Also, if you can never get kills against a SWF that is a you problem, not them. Yes, top Sweaty SWF Squads are near impossible for the average killer to deal with, but they’re far and few between.

Learn how to identify the weak link and tunnel them out. Try playing one of the better killers (Chucky, Billy, Whiskers, Pyramid Head, Spirit, Artist) and see which one you like the most and master them. Play Darth Nea(Skull Merchant) and get easy games from all the DCs and early suicides you’ll get. Play Knight, though he’s not top tier and has issues, he’s good at keeping survivors busy and ending chases.

Also, go on YouTube and look up How to Play Killer videos for DBD. There are certain things like mind gaming and which way to force the survivors to run around a loop that you need to learn.

Or, just sink some time into Nurse and suffer with trying to master her and you’ll have easier games.

Nah. Most swfs are not that big of a deal honestly and BHVR would rather live in the world of some tough matches occasionally vs trying to get players to learn variable perk effects, gen repair rates, etc based on the number of premades in a given group.

If you hate playing against good swfs I encourage you to stop playing for wins, mess around, run silly perk builds. Yes, you're gonna lose a lot at first but eventually you'll start playing against less extreme groups/start feeling better about your games I hope. Conversely if you absolutely hate the idea of that then you need to also play "to win", learn the best killers, invest in their best add-ons, and run the best meta builds.

i wouldn't want any nerfs to swfs even as the killer in said lobby. just gimme extra bp for my efforts against that advantaged team of survivors.

There's no way to nerf SWF with out it nerfing solo que as well and getting the game in a huge negative spot for the player base.

I've played vs a lot of SWF myself and there's almost no difference between solo and SWF long you know how to deal with the survivor players. You occasionally get vs a TTV survivor player and watching their vod from their PoV they're mostly just screwing around and not playing too sweaty with our without a SWF. The only TTV player really got to watch out for is Angrypug. He's a very good survivor player.

Predictably, we're already seeing the usual "yOU Wnt tO pUNIsH PEoplE fOR PlayINg WiTH THier FRIEndS" arguments. Premades, especially at high MMR, have a significant unfair advantage from comms and perk coordination that many on this forum refuse to acknowledge, even though the kill rate stats prove it. All the OP is asking for is a level playing field. Reducing your unfair advantage is not "punishing" you.

This, there is almost no difference between SWF and solo outside of the top bracket. That being said as some have mentioned before they are typically more altruistic then your normal solo q people. Try to exploit this by capitalizing in the fact they will be gunning for the unhook. Especially in endgame NOED can work wonders in this situation .

Doesn’t bear out in the stats. Full 4-man squads are super rare according to the devs (less than 2% of SWFs), but even then SWF in general only escapes 48% of the time. And that’s an average from 2-4 man SWFs.

It really is a skill issue, all a SWF has extra is better information so they're more efficient on gens but if you're getting beat in chases which a SWF has no bearing on that's a you problem.

Which this is only the competitive SWFs most are just friends messing around. What you're actually losing to is people actually caring cuz they're with their friends unlike soloQ where most people just play for themselves.

i actually hate that your tip to play one of the better killers is so true. with many of the killers i feel like you hit a wall sooner or later where you face competent survs that you cant beat with the weaker killers and you only way of improving is to change the killer

I don't played survivor unless I'm doing challenges. I normally played as doctor or even trickster. Try again 😭

I do too, but with how this game is designed, it’ll be impossible to make weaker killers stronger without making the game absolutely miserable for SoloQ players.

It’s possible to make all the killers viable against SWF Death Squads, but core game mechanics will have to change and MMR will have to be a lot better at matching people, Killer lobby dodging will have to go so the back fill problem could be eliminated, and they’d have to attract new and old players at different MMR levels so there would be enough people at each skill level. That’s will be a lot of time and work and while I believe the devs could be up for the challenge, they’re beholden to the Bean Counters at BHVR.

There are no plans for that and that's a good thing. Punishing players for playing with their friends is a sure way to push people away from your game.

Premade nerf? If they want to kill their game, sure.

DBD is the only community I have ever seen that wants friends playing the game together to be punished
