Anyone else facing an influx of hackers recently?
have faced a few hackers (all survivors haven’t seen any killers that are hacking for a while) but I’ve had teammates being EMPs against wesker but also a lot of subtle hackers that show they have hacks at the end or once you down them. Really getting frustrating though

I saw what had to of been a hacking bubba a few weeks ago. His movements not even a vpn from space could explain. It looked like they were trying to imitate lag/lag switching, but this was way too smooth. I’d classify it as subtle teleportation.

Like 2 days ago I had Yun-Jin againts me who prob had wallhacks (she knew all my mind games in house on Haddofield without once failing) but she 100% had faster wiggle speed without Flip flop and she Once teleported away mid chase before she could be downed again.

Well, it's been especially bad lately. And since most of them try to hide through anonymity, the number of killers who avoid anonymous matches has increased. When you're a survivor, you can't choose a killer, which is a problem.

i faced a blatant speed hacker 2 days ago for the first time in a very very long time.

Yeah, and they can take over your character now too. It's literally like they have access to your controller. It happened to me twice and support won't even look into it.

Yeah, first time I was on backwater swamp and healing. My character literally stopped the heal, threw down a pallet and ran herself to the Killer who was quite a distance away.
A few days ago, I would instantly DS a killer in a trial but I wasn't doing it as I never use that perk. It was obviously a fellow Survivor hacker so I turned the game off and haven't played since.
This has gone way too far for me. I didn't want the Killer thinking I was cheating on purpose, so I left.

Oh my gosh!!! And you can’t record on Switch can you? Wow… this is really awful. Maybe reporting might still be of some help even without video proof?
Edit: Maybe you can play in a 4 person swf or 5 people kill your friends? I’m sure people on the forums would want to play with you! It’s sad leaving another player out of the fog 😞

We used to be able to record on Switch but not anymore. I don't even know who to report in the second situation. There are 3 other survivors, could have been any of them. I reported the Killer for the backwater swamp thing because he was using other blatant hacks.
Being framed is not worth it. I will wait for BHVR to address it, then return.
Until then, I will be playing Super Mario and Sonic games. I miss my Nancy though 😕
