Should Wire Spools be yellow?

I just prestiged my Ash 3 times in a row without a single Wire Spool appearing. I don't always use tool boxes but when I do I try to use a wire spool if I have it. I have prestiged my survivor to 60 so far. I mix my builds up and I'm always trying new stuff but I have noticed Wire Spools never show up in my blood webs.

The rarity of these things are alot more rare than any of the Iri addons I have acquired. I really haven't paid too much attention until recently when I have wanted to run some gen builds and I would only have a small handful.

Here are some screen shots of my other addons to show some comparison between everything I have. Like I said, I do use Wire Spools but not all of the time and I just went through 3 prestige's without a single one appearing. With the amount of times I have seen a wire spool pop up in a blood web, it should be a purple or Iri addon.

    This is just deadset bad lick.

    When the bloodweb generates a spot, first it picks a rarity, then it picks an item from that rarity; its why things like bloody party streamers are so rare, because they compete with every other green item (and theres a lot of them!)

    Here, it just simply never chose a wire spool; whenever it chose a yellow item it picked everything else. The spool, and other items for that matter, do not have anything that increases or decreases chance beyond rarity, then getting picked (Except maybe event items)
