Does The Unknown skins change its voicelines?
Would be cool to have new voice types with new skins, maybe one that sounds more feminine or something

As far as I know, yes! The voice actress for The Unknown is Zoey Alexandria and she voiced both male + female voice lines for The Unknown, so I can only assume that at least one of the skins will have them.

Yep, just confirmed it. The Ultra Rare cosmetic has the same voice lines but with a feminine voice as the most distinguishable one

Not just the Purples, even greens. Running around with the Cheerleader skin and I predominantly hear a female voice

I think it is usually the Head which is responsible for changes like this. (See Legions masks, some cosmetic have that mechanical breathing, which you get when you equip the respective head-piece)
