No one goes into the basement for more than the two seconds it takes to unhook someone you hooked there and Sable's perks are so garbage that no one goes into the basement to use them. You can't even insidious camp to try and get progress because of the anti-camp mechanism, so that's even out. I'm even running Territorial to try and sniff out people in the basement but it doesn't get me progress, only insults in post-game chat from survivors.

    I made sure to progress that acheivement as much as possible on the first day, when lots of people were still trying to get value out of Weaving Spiders. Though almost half of my progress came from just farming in the basement with two survivors healing each other. I'd try that if you can.
