Your opinion on The Unknown?

As for me:

  • He seems like B tier (mid) Killer. He can be top B tier if you are really good at hitting his shots which is not easy.
  • Its pretty easy to remove the Weakend effect before he can hit you twice with your power, you would have to hit two shots ASAP and have window of opportunity to do that which usualy isn't the case.
  • His add-ons seems okay, nothing crazy but nothing weak lets say.
  • I don't think he will be much popular, prob around Dredge level or bit higher (still below avarage pickrate).

    A bit early to judge.

From my first impression, UK is pretty strong and there are many things going for this killer. Jungle Gyms are compared to most killers pretty weak. Splash goes through wall and the projectiles can bounce off. Insta teleport is often helpful in chase, to pressure gens and simply catching survivors off guard. On top of that, UK can do all these things while moving at 115%.

The only real weakness this killer has is ... as for so many... SWF. Communicating is a key element to defeat the Unknown.

It really depends on how a tier list would look like, so B tier is pretty relative. I dont think he can compete with a strong A tier killer like Wesker, but UK is for sure better then Deathslinger, Knight or Demo (i would considere those 3 B tier)

It's fun but people just aren't understanding how to deal with it yet which makes it seem way stronger than it will be.

People should look at it more than they are. You don't have to constantly do it either, there's 1.2 second buffer so you can quickly alternate looking in front of you and behind you.

Even more importantly people need to dispel hallucinations. They are very powerful when survivors don't do anything about them. Just don't dispel when you think it can see you doing it, and do not cancel the dispel either.

Until people learn how to apply these two things regularly i think it's hard to know how strong it will be.

I think that his UVX is sometimes a little inconsistent and I'm still figuring out how it works.

It seems that if you shoot directly at survivors, the bullet bounces off and doesn't make them weakened, whereas if you shoot them behind walls they somehow get hit.

Overall I think he's a solid B tier which is not bad.

I'm pretty sold on them being bottom of A tier atp.

-Some of the best map mobility in the game

-Can hit from range and also decent antiloop

    -Good add-ons

-Can get multiple health states at once if survivors try to bodyblock

    -Can hit through walls

While it's true a lot of people don't know how to play against them yet it's also true most people don't know how to play as them yet. I don't think most people are feathering the UVX for better hallucination placement or blocking LoS when UVX is charging. Unknown is actually a really well designed killer because all of it's counterplay also has counterplay so whoever understands the match up more will probably win.

Teasers were more exciting. Think its design looks goofy, especially when it runs. Easily one of the least intimidating killers for me.

Every new Killer is A-tier for around the first two weeks of release.

When Dredge first dropped I thought surely he would be in A-tier, then as things settled I’d end up putting him on the lower end of B-tier as he wasn’t anywhere near as oppressive as I thought he would be. (But Dredge will always be S-tier in my heart.)

For now I’ll make a relatively safe bet that Unknown will find themselves within B-tier until more is learned playing as/against them.

I'm terrible aiming the UVX but its teleport alone makes him fun to play as.

His TP is more useful than UVX against anyone with any experience.

    So, maybe bottom of B?

Yes I have to agree that when I get survivors who try to actively think of your UVX, they are quite succesfull in avoiding being hit and his teleport is pretty good if Survivors don't try to turn it off.

His addons are okay? Literally whole twitch playing with the same 3-4 addons, because there is literally nothing else, half of addons are hot garbage.

Other than this, i agree, he high B tier at his best against good survivors. And i don't like him at all.

    Lol B tier..... Wow

For reference B tier includes killers such as:

Pinhead, Demo, Trick, Knight, Slinger, Doc, Wraith

He is at least an A tier killer.

Absolute cope to think someone with an easier......

    scratch that.....

    BROKEN version of Artists crows,

and massive, INSTANT, map traversal is anything but less than A tier.

Literally has 2 anti loop abilities.
