Don’t worry, in the time it takes to complete the invocation you’ll probably have maxed out the “basement time” points.

I'm not kidding you I've never seen someone do the invocation and then score more than 8k points.
At least boons give you 1.5k and some marginally useful effect. Invocations are DOA without some serious help.

Yep. I pointed this this out in a feedback thread during the PTB, hoping it was just an oversight that would be fixed for the live release, but nope.
Another reason to just not use this perk to be honest.

Yeah, it's kinda crazy that you spend time on it for 120 seconds and get no BPs in return. Sounds forgotten.

Technically Hex Perks give survivors bloodpoints because cleansing a Hex is worth more BP...

Difference is cleansing a hex usually doesn't help the killer. I can't think of a scenario where a survivor doing nothing for 2 minutes is not beneficial to the killer.

Yes, Invocations deserve a significant BP reward for the effort they require.
I'm also still annoyed Chemical Trap doesn't reward BP either.
