Rift levels keep getting unlocked

Everytime I go into the Rift to look at the unlocks, all the previously unlocked Riftlevels play the "Unlock-animation" even if I already looked at them when they first got unlocked. So everytime I go into the Rift I have to hear this obnoxiously loud noise of the Riftlevels unlocking even if no new ones have been unlocked. Is that a thing that is supposed to happen?

    Hoping to boost this because I'm having the same issue and have for a while. It's very annoying to constantly have the unlocking animation and sound play when I go to the page.

    Is everyone having this issue, or just a few people?
