Lost Savefile
I'm pretty sure my save file is gone due to i've not been touching the game since the Doctor and Feng Min came out not really sure when, and i've send the ticket through support and i've only got 1 mail after like a day then there's no respond after that.
The game said it's Error code 130 but it also said my save couldn't be read so i have no clue how to get my save back please help.

If your save is lost, then I believe there is nothing that can be done. Although I am not sure how the save file could be lost. It's not like it is deleted after not playing for X amount of time. Have you checked if anything in particular is missing? It could be that it's only a few minutes of your last session that weren't saved because you exited the game too quickly or whatever.

I responded to op, who said that they think their save file was deleted. That's all. The error code has little to do with that.
