How would you feel if Hillbilly became a 110% speed Killer?

Most 110 m/s killers have something to help in the chase. What does Billy have? A chainsaw? Sure it can one shot but so can Michael. It can also break pallets quickly but that's only when the survivor drops them in a loop and most killers dont respect pallets. So you have to rev up the chainsaw and break probably making it take just as long as just breaking the pallet normally. I'd say first buff all the other mid- low tier killers and then nerf Billy (and Nurse but that's a different discussion)

He would be MUCH weaker. Back rev chainsaws work since he catch up to survivors easy. Reducing speed makes that much, much harder to do unless they are potatoes. He gets hit, but his map pressure is still in level of retardation no other killer but Nurse matches

Let me break it quickly down for you.
Billy would be trash then and looped for years.
Killer with less than 115% ms usually have something to counter loops effectively.
Billy kinda has curving, but imagine catching up first to the point curving would be possible = easily 5+ loops around he same pallet. Not even mentioning to miss or early pallet drops.
Billy is fine and current the most balanced killer, everyone who wants to touch and change billy in any way shows to me he hasn't understand he basics of DbD.

If we was turned into a 110% movement speed Killer:
- Remove the slowdown while revving up his chainsaw.
- Make "silent chainsaw" add-ons stronger.

Wouldn't suit him at all.
He's fine at 115, if you want to nerf him you just neuter his chainsaw an example being a charge bar like Spirit so that he couldn't cross the map immediately after hes done it once. Or you have charging the chainsaw slow him down a little bit more.
It's not his movment speed that makes people have issues with him its how his chainsaw works.

I would feel sick that someone decided to nerf most balanced killer in DBD. Billy has best balance between beiing dangerous but not strong enough to be considered OP since to everything he does there is counterplay available.
Any nerfs/buffs to him are unreasonable since he's in perfect spot balance wise and doesn't need any changes whatsoever,

Like other people have said, other 110ms killers are 110ms because their power counters looping somehow. Billy's chainsaw does not counter looping.
If he was 110ms he would suck. I feel like he's fine the way he is.

Some people refers "this killer is Balanced" depends on his viability against good SWF teams
Tbh a lot of people main Billy because how it's easy to use him for less effort and high reward and all it takes couples of games and ready to go
Majority of people using his chainsaw for running between gens, not for killing Meanwhile nerfing him to 110% ms would make him worse than a Freddy
Should they make him harder to use his chainsaw manoeuvring ? Like when u hold off sprint, he stops after by 1-2 seconds ? Should they give him longer cooldown/fatigue like nurse depends on the distance he crossed ?
Make chainsaw directional like huntress humming ?
Make the distance limited ?
Slower movement when charging ?
I don't know .. the thing I'm sure about is to rework add-ons & the animation during chainsaw sprint looks dumb

I think fixing his enormous hitbox and the ability to drift so sharply in a sprint (even without add ons) would go further than a 110 change.
If billy is balanced then swf is also balanced. Nothing more to discuss.

The fact that anyone says Billy is balanced shows that they have no idea of what balance is. Seriously, a character who can cross the map in a matter of 3-4 seconds and one shot someone is not balanced, period. I see good Billy players ending most "loops" with chainsaw hits rather easily.
Billy is what he is. He is not balanced, but he is not unbeatable either. Good stealth teams, or really good loopers can give him a hard time.

Absolutely not, he is fine as he is. The only change he needs is his chainsaw hitbox, which is huge and causes some pretty dumb hits that shouldn't have been registered.

Is it really an issue that we have a few balanced killers that can do well? Must everyone of them be Freddy tier for people to be satisfied? If anything, more killers should be just as good as Hillbilly.

I just have to say that this is a pretty funny response. What does Billy have to help in a chase? I mean, if you want to get technical and all, when he uses his ability he runs really fast and if his attack connects it's an insta down and his chainsaw can break pallets fast. But other than that, what does Billy have to help in a chase? NOTHING!

The chainsaw makes him fast and allows him to get around easier, and you could definitely consider it a movement power, BUT it doesn't really counter looping/chases and stuff, so it'd be a massive downgrade to him. Using his chainsaw in a chase wouldn't mitigate having 110% movement speed.
Killers like Hag, Huntress, and especially Nurse, aren't hurt as much by reduced movement speed since they have things to help them ignore that, like ranged attacks or teleportation. Although having less movement speed isn't a good thing, they don't need it as much. Hillbilly does need 115% movement speed to be effective

nerf Billy’s speed? Nah pass. That’s a no from me. The higher players don’t even really use anything but the chainsaw and the lower players need the speed. It would just make lower tier Billy’s life worse.

That would probably be too much. I'd just like for an increase in recovery time for when he bumps into an object with his saw or for manual canceling it mid sprint. Also a slightly slower move speed when your saw is charged but not released. I think those would be enough without being overbearing.
He just isn't punished enough currently for his miss plays and his map coverage has little draw backs.

Imho Billy is the only balanced killer. Against good loopers, he can't use his chainsaw but has to hit people twice. 110% would destroy him.

He should have 110 speed or keep the 115 speed and lose the 1 hit downs. "Most balanced killer in the game" is a silly statement. On console he is the best killer in the game. All billly games are just hook, bbq to next guy, 1 hit down, hook, go back to first hook, repeat.
Seems like I'm in the minority here though.

110% would kill Billy. Looping is his biggest weakness. All of the 110% Killers have a power that counters looping in some way. Billy’s does not. He’s one of the most balanced Killers in the game and doesn’t need any major changes.
