NOED Question:
If the only totem(s) that remain are lit (eg Haunting Grounds, Lullaby etc.) , does No One Escapes Death take over a totem and replace it, or is No One Escapes Death completely unable to be activated?
Secondly, if NOED does take over another lit totem's location, is the former perk removed?

And if it doesn't then what happens if you have Haunted Grounds and NOED with the last gen done and then Haunted Grounds gets cleansed thus turning the other one into a dull? Does that one then turn into NOED?

If you kill the survivor, it won't go off. ;)
Also won't be apparent if the survivor is on a gen.
