Unable to Select Killer or Survivor from Main Menu

I'm on PS5 and I'm not able to play. A notification popped up but went away before I could read it. I can reach the main screen but the play tab isn't working.

    Same issue happening for me. Unable to select killer or survivor preventing me from playing the game
