What does Oni's Tear-Soaked Tenugui addon do?

  • Reduces the Power Gauge penalty for downing Survivors during Blood Fury by -4 seconds.

under Oni's power for blood lust, it states

  • Time penalty when downing a Survivor: -7 seconds

and this addon reduces it by -4 sec. not sure what that means.

    When you down a Survivor in Blood Fury, you lose a bit of the power duration. This addon makes it take less time off your power when you down someone. You only lose 3 seconds instead of 7.
