Dead Hard

Given the fact that u can only use an effective Dead Hard twice in a match, it should be able to be used if u haven't used it yet after the killer hits u off the hook. Killer hits u immediately off the hook then tunnels, we should get a dead hard usage during mending. Complain and cry about how dumb this is tunneling killers

And complain all u God tier survivors that think that dead hard shouldn't be available vs tunneling Killlers that immediately hit u off the hook. Thank you for your time.

You have a point. I think that DH should just ignore the hit just like MoM and don't cause deep wound.

I don't think I've really ever seen dead hard used at all, and the only time I did the player managed to change an OTR hit to a DS stun to a DH hit and it was impressive to see but I don't think it changed the outcome of the game much.

If you waste a oerk slot on DH and the killers u face always comes back to the hook and hits u so they can tunnel an win without trying...DH has no purpose. It can only be used twice, but that's if ur not tunneled. Tunneling is promoted by 90 percent of killers now days....they're like . I just wanna win and tunneling nakes it no contest

I think you shouldn't lose it if the killer whiffs. Make it so it only deactivates if you block a hit with it (keep exhausted effect so you still have to escape chase after the killer whiffs, keeps some risk to it)

DH is not another health state if u get hit immediately after an unhook. It is nothing at that point. I can be used twice, but only if you've been unhooked and not hit immediately after an unhook. All other exhaustion perks can be use without that type of restraint. If it can only be used twice...You should be able to use it even under the restraint of endurance. How is that not a reasonable thought?

DH strait up sucks. Not worth using. It doesn't work 50% of the time which is unacceptable for a perk you get to use at most 2 times. It should be usable for ever hook stage so a max of 3. The activation time needs to be faster. It feels so delayed and often doesn't happen at all.

Yes, ping also makes it bad, along with only 2 uses. Killers get' bloodlust faster than ever and hasted by perks more than ever. Why can't I use dead hard more than twice? They have STBFL built in, wow, I get hit and get 10 meters of space now, awesome

Nah if MOM is too strong to give endurance once per match for free to the point where it gets nerfed then DH giving it twice on demand is strong enough

Unfortunately the devs won‘t buff/change any good/ok survivor perk as long as they didn‘t reach their 60% kill rate for killers, so that the last person in this game is „hopeless and feels no chance“. I really don‘t like the fact that they are handholding killers all the time.

If you don't get a chance to save DH, it's the responsibility of the survivors who rescued you, so please pray that they can do a better job of rescue.

The fact it's already tempered by exhaustion makes this perfectly reasonable and fair to me.

They can only use it while injured, and if you bait it out as killer, they haven't got it for 40s of walking to get it back. That's restriction enough.

Of all the survivor perks that need buffing why are we trying to buff an already top 10 meta perk? Let’s focus on buffing all the other really bad ones.

Agree. It is supposed to be an anti-tunnel perk now so it should have the same effect of MoM, getting hit right under the hook completely deny the use of this perk.

The fact that survivors can use DH 8times in a match😂

It would lead to a bit of an endurance stacking issue again though. Because yes if used to anti tunnel to get you an extra hit that's fine, but if combed with ftp + buckle up or made for this it could become quite annoying and be abused in non-tunnel scenarios to basically be a hit tanking god.

It's not a top 10 perk, it's not 2022. The perk was nerfed cuz it was a top 10 petk. Is there any other exhaustion perk that u can only use twice? It can't even be used cuz everybody is like...if u wanna win, just tunnel. If you've played more than just 5 hours, youll see that killers come back and tunnel 4 out of 5 games. That's fine, i wanna win too. But even when the unhooker does everything possible to take chase, the...I must win no matter what mentality...leaves them slugged and the killer still tunnels you after only 1 gen is complete. Pallets get used, resources are gone. The killer will down you. They are faster, they have an M2 plus a map traversal option. They keep making undetectable and haste killer perks. All killers have some sort of power. Survivors only have skins, a terrible DS, OTR only works if your not hit immediately after an unhook, DH is pathetic, healing without sloppy takes 24 seconds.

The game also needs survivors to be happy to keep it going... Now there's talks about nerfing adrenaline. A perk that only works after you've pretty much won. It may cause a survivor to escape, how nany games have u played where noed gave the killer 2 extra kills and got them a 3 or 4K? Far more than adrenaline has saved one survivor

Well we have recent perk stats, of which DH is still in the top 10 used perks. It’s still one of the best exhaustion perks too. Most people at high mmr use it for a reason. It’s because it’s one of the best. It’s also not just 1 survivor, it’s a team game. That’s 8 DHs in a match. That itself is game carrying. We don’t need more of that.

So again, why are we buffing a top 10 meta perk that is already extremely strong when there’s so many other bad survivor perks we could be buffing instead?
