Perk Idea designed for endgame: "Dangerous Game"

Survivors can make a killer waste time in the endgame by waiting at the "finish line" part of the exit gates, forcing the killer to come to the gate to hit them out of the trial. What if there was a perk that added some risk to that strategy?

My perk idea is: "Dangerous Game"

Once the exit gates have been opened, if a survivor loses a health state within a X meter radius of the exit gates, then the exit gates become blocked for X seconds.

I'm not sure if these block times should stack.

Thoughts? What should the numbers be?

    I like this idea. I think it should activate within 24 meters from the exit and should last for 15 seconds. This perk, by itself, would basically guarantee one final hook and maybe a slug on the side. In my opinion, this effect should only apply to the nearest exit gate, not both.
