Are the new purchasable Blood Moon Event skins linked sets?

I bought one of the skins and at first I swear that it was a full set but after buying it i'm able to use each piece separately somehow. Is this a bug or are they unlinked after you buy them?

    Of the four cosmetic sets in the shop, only the Skull Merchant's outfit is not a linked set. It kind of sucks, because I like the dress of Mikaela's outfit, but I hate the headpiece... 😭

    That's really dumb. Why is it only Skull Merchant for? I don't get why that would be the only one that isn't linked...well thank you for letting me know.
