Since Friday March 22nd, I have these 2 smiley face buttons in my DBD game that when you hover over them, they say 'Add Reaction' and I have NO idea what they do. I've already submitted a ticket about it but wanted to share the goofy situation because they are present even while in a trial and vanish after closing the game.

    Do you have Discord running?

    Because I think it's from that.

    Try disabling and re-enabling the overlay.
