Why was the twins disabled? Where there some trouble with the twins?

They're not anymore. who can say really, they're a pretty buggy killer in general. probably something with them getting stuck or interacting weirdly with the event stuff.

Charlotte wouldn't move properly while Victor was out sometimes.
Sometimes I think Twins existence is a bug.
