What if Hex: The Third Seal applied Exhaustion as well?
I think this'd make the perk a lot more useful if it applied Exhaustion permanently until cleansed. It'd be kinda like how they gave Mindbreaker the Blindness effect, but the other way around.

how about no

how about yes?

making a hex totem give multiple debuff would make it too strong and obnoxious

We've already got Hex Totems that give multiple debuffs.
You could always go find the totem or something, y'know.

Not a bad idea! At the moment, if the survivors are on comms then the blindness has very little impact.

Probably too much. Maybe just make it apply from the start of the game? No hit required.
I dislike hexes though honestly for how easy they are to remove. I'd rather it not be a hex, require injuring them still, but only active while injured. So any time they heal it removes the blindness.

Considering devour exists, all totems deserves to be "cleanse or die".
So yes, also blind rework when.

Eh, why not, anything to make Third Seal somewhat more viable since it's kind of a sad perk atm. I'd also like for the token system to be more than just a counter for how many survivors are inflicted with Blindness, no clue where to go with that though.

I'd trade blindness for exhaustion. I don't think we need both.

It is too strong! In that case, it would be better to change hex totems in general to give Exhaustion for 30 seconds when destroyed.

I will answer your question, but in return I demand an answer from an exhaustion nerd like yourself.
My Answer: Yup. Why not. Nobody uses the perk. Make it evil.
My Question: If DH can be used whilst exhausted, can I used a perk like Balanced Landing and then DH, even though I'm already exhausted?
I await your response.

But you can't use Dead Hard while Exhausted 🤔

The perk no longer says that it can't be used whilst exhausted, so in theory, yes? Cos I can't get it to work.

Odd, it really should say that in game. The behaviour of the perk is that it can't be activated while Exhausted. I'd file a bug report for the in-game description because it's currently wrong.
The wiki description is currently accurate:

All exhaustion perks state that they can't be activated when exhausted. But Dead Hard only states that it causes exhaustion.

Exactly what we needed, a nerf to Overcome
I joke of course. I do think that would be a bit too strong as survivors are already often on the back foot even with full access to exhaustion perks.

I mean I'm down for buffing Overcome as well for what it's worth. Just because one perk is bad doesn't mean we should keep another perk bad because of it.
