The Onyrō - Addon - Ring Drawing Suggestion.
Ring drawing unfortunately is pretty weak now.
My suggestion - Give ring drawing its previous function. Make the current function base kit like it was on the PTB.
You previously made ring drawing so it wouldn’t give survivors condemn upon pickup. (Healthy change) however why, change it to make it weaker?
(1 of several issues with current Sadako.)

It‘s just sad, that she an already weak killer gets nerfed again.
The addon would have been fine with both effects.

Year, I agree with your suggestion. The old Ring Drawing was a cool Add-Ons to put more pressure on the survivors and bring slowdown to them but now it is pretty weak because it is situational and as a result not reliable like other Add-Ons. It would be great if the devs would bring this old effect back - they could make it a purple or iri one if they think this Add-On is too strong for a green one. Survivors would have to make the decision if they want to stay injured, do selfhealing, or get a stack of Condemned (they must manage this more carefully) - with the recent Sloppy nerf 99% healing and then finishing with selfhealing is also possible now. Overall, it would make the gameplay against Onryo more different and interesting in my opinion. I like it when an Add-On changes the gameplay you have against a killer. It is also not that big of a deal to stay injured against Onryo because she is a M1-Killer - players also stay injured against Legion. Making the current effect basekit would be fine because it would punish survivors for carring tapes instead of bringen them to TVs.
Overall, it makes Onryo a tiny bit better.

the current ring drawing was not base-kit in the ptb. it was always gain 1 stack of condemn for tapes. not a good add-on. spreading condemn through healing is a lot more lore accurate.
they said that sadako is supposed to be reverted but where is add-on revert on this add-on?

I agree. Holding a tape carries no risk at the moment. I wouldn't give Ring Drawing the previous function, though, I'd give it a new effect.

When/where did they say she is going to get reverted. The only thing I heard before the last rework was she will be closer to the original version.
Honestly it would be cool to get the slugging ring drawing and old iri tape back.

in Q&A, it was said that Sadako would play closer to her original version. Part of made her play closer to her original iteration was this add-on.
I don't want to be begging for revert every day but the changes to Sadako are anti-fun :(

The current ring drawing was Basekit in the PTB as soon as they changed her from 2.0 to the PTB version. Not the PTB version after the Devs received a bit of negative feedback from her changes.

I wonder if the twins players will join us (Sadako players) and trickster players, who didn‘t like the reworks to their beloved killers. They should just improve them instead of reimagining/reworking them.
I‘m tired too from all of the complaining about the reworks she got and suggesting solutions. I‘m just hoping it doesn‘t take another 6 months or longer to get her original back.
The funny thing about her is that most addons only have a meaning with her original version. Like look at tape editing deck for example, it was only good for her original version like other addons.

I agree. A cursed object should hold some risk. It’s too “free” right now.
Her condemn is a joke right now against decent or high mmr survivors. I have to use ring drawing and video tape copy to make it actually worth anything because they constantly shut off the TV’s 📺 killing my mobility and my slowdown at the same time turning me into a basic M1 killer with a lackluster stealth with no anti loop or chase to compensate. (Not that I want that, but I want my actual power to mean something)1 -
nope. you can check patch notes. the only changes were stack lock from infinity to 2 stacks(now 3 stacks) and cooldown for tv tp spamming which was removed. there was never any punishment for carrying the tapes for 3.0 sadako. Just free counter with no negatives.

I agree. I’m exhausted at giving my feedback. I feel like it’s the right thing to do to voice something when I see as my personal feedback, but yeah.
We need more Win reworks like Billy. I don’t want them reimagining stuff just enhance what they have.

Ahh okay, my bad. I could’ve sworn I saw this on One Pump Willie’s Channel. Anywho, I still think it would be a neat suggestion.
I am just bummed she’s incomplete. They’re are still so many things wrong with her.

yeah unfortunate. their schedule suggests that they're reworking freddy and Myer's but no outline for what is changing. I do think sadako will rework/revisited but I have feeling that it won't be till June 2025. Maybe if you keep making posts from now till dec, changes show up sooner but I don't know.

Hopefully not. I‘m still hoping they just revert her back at the anniversary exactly one year after the changes and keep the buffs she got. And hopefully we get the good addons back with that as well.
