Characters and skins usually go for sale?
I have 2 questions:
Characters usually go for sale both IS and AC wise, right? The next big sale possibly at Anniversary
Also skins go for sale that time or any? I mean for OG skins like Gabriel or Trapper Naughty Bear skin goes for sale too? AC only or their IS sale get cut? Also licensed character skins get a sale?
I'll just looking for specific skins for Ash, Ripley, Gabriel, Trapper, Hux, Alan. I just want optimize my IS spends.

Yes, they sometimes have sales on skins, though when any particular sale will be there is no way to know until BHVR announces it.
Two things to note however
1. Iridescent Shard costs are not at this time included in sales, so if an outfit is 50% on AC, with shards it will still be full price.2. Licensed characters, which includes Ash, Ripley, and Alan as you have noted there are only available for Auric Cells and will NEVER be available for Iridescent Shards.

We don't actually know, for the second one. Sometimes they are - the SAW outfits have gone on sale before to celebrate Spiral + Jigsaw releasing - but usually when the main sales (Anni, Black Friday, etc) go on they aren't.

For as long as I play this game, I saw maybe once an iridiscent shards skin sale, but I could be wrong. There are times the skins go on sale for a brief period, and only some from a collection. But those are never iridiscent shards sales.
Last time we had a sale is already a long time ago, if I think about it.

Thanks for the answers for everyone! So, if I want a skin with Shards just buy it since it won't go on sale.
