Blight might even be lower if his sliding stays as it was...

People be sleeping on Unknown, Tru3 thinks he's a top tier killer and he has huge standards for killers (to the point he thinks Chucky's a weak killer) so you know he wouldn't be arguing about a killer being strong unless they're truly are.

He also had Wraith as the 2nd strongest killer at the time Pyramid Head came out, I'll be honest I don't entirely understand his criteria lol.

I mean he's 110% with no map pressure. He's basically a smaller and much slower Wesker with no infection also. And cant use his power to go around the map

yeah he is slow and has no mobility but his 1v1 is super strong, especially since in some loops you cant see him

Yeah I agree he's not weak. But weaker than some people think in my opinion

I've only played as Chucky once and I didn't have a serious build, but he's 110 speed. He feels slow to play as and I play a lot of Deathslinger. I would take Deathslinger ten times out of ten vs. Chucky.

I play on PS4. Deathslinger is probably my most played Killer and feels way more natural to me than Chucky. I didn't hit a single Slash and Dash with Chucky. More than that, though, he's 110 without a ranged attack or Hag's teleport or Spirit's phasing. He feels slow.

As busted as they are, it's actually kind of cool seeing Victor at the top. If he can injure and down Survivors in less than five seconds, he's no longer a "power" and is deserving of skins.

I did a top 15 because I think the B tier Killers are very, very near to the A tier in terms of strength. I know many would disagree with putting Wraith up there, but I honestly think if we're talking about the very best Wraiths with PhDs in mind gaming, they're probably the only basic attack Killer that high MMR Survivors are ever likely to encounter on a regular basis.
I thought about adding maybe Skull Merchant or Sadako in his place, but I can't be sure if they really are top tier or if most teams just don't know (or care to learn) how to play against them.
I can't personally comment on the new Twins yet because I haven't watched much game play (I'm taking a short DBD break).

Why do people still think shes this bad?
At her strongest shes incredibly unfair and can stomp a majority of groups by default.
Bring some perks, some addons, the Gideon meat plant and let the chaos happen.

This is my list. I was honestly conflicted on the top 3 between Billy, Artist, and Spirit, considering Billy's new potential, but I actually believe the spot goes to the current Hillbilly with the supersonic speed that Talbot wishes to have and unpredictable selection of add-ons. Artist barely makes it above Spirit because of how powerful she can be at her highest potential of being able to consistently hit survivors like Spirit, however unlike Spirit she is almost always able to force map pressure.

I think I would take off Xeno and Pyramid Head for Huntress and Plague, but otherwise I agree with your list.
Funnily enough there was a post on the DbD subreddit recently about how in Japan he is regarded as close to bottom tier.

Then she can use ring drawing to benefit from that.
On the game, its downright useless. I can condemn people that are really good in under one gen on that map. Its just unfair.

i´m sorry but i don´t see how a ´´really good´´ survivor can get downed against a m1 killer in the game in under 1 gen, ring drawing does almost nothing
