I’m really excited for the new update because of the shop rework and I can’t really find an answer anywhere.

Probably a couple weeks :) I am actually really excited for it all too! Twins can use a little nerf though 😂

According to the April roadmap, the update should go live on April 23rd, as that is also the day the new Rift/Tome opens. Normally the update drops a day before a new Rift/Tome, but recently it was confirmed that they will now do both on the same day.
However, considering the enormous backlash surrounding the Twins rework, there might be some delay or not all content may make it to live on that date.0
