Pain Res question.
If a gen is blocked by Deadmans switch or deadlock. Does that gen still take the hit?
Obviously want to know if running those 3 together is redundant.

no, that´s why running Deadlock with pain res is bad, but it works well with dead man´s switch, corrupt etc

What do you mean by corrupt?
You can't PR a corrupt gen since it can't have any progress?

It hits the next available gen with progress that isn't blocked. In the rare occasion that there are no gens with progress on them, you keep the token

because the corrupt will not stop your pain res, ykwim?

They talking about it comparatively as a blocking / slowdown perks that pair well with pain res instead of pain res + gridlock
- you physically can't get a pain res pop while corrupt is active meaning it would never block a pain res
- it minimizes the spread of progress to 4 gens so more likely than not 1 pain res will get full value and disrupt multiple survivors

Corrupt deactivates on the first down and a down is needed to even activate Pain Res. So that doesn't matter anyway.
Regardless, blocked gens can neither gain nor lose progress. So Pain Res would ignore that gen and instead take the available gen with the most progress on it.
