I booted up dead by daylight hoping to play demogorgon (who i have prestige 11) and I see that I can no longer play as him. I also can no longer play as my Ghostface. I purchased nearly all ghostface cosmetics and purchased a demogorgon cosmetic. I found this frustrating and odd so I checked survivor. I see that my Steve and Nancy are also both purchasable again. My progress is taken away from me. My Steve is prestige 33 and Nancy is prestige 9. Ive purchased several cosmetics for steve and nancy. I’m not purchasing them again, money is tight, I’m just about to spend it all to get into an apartment. I play on Nintendo Switch, I have pictures of this as proof that my hard earned progress and purchases are no longer available for me to play. It just occurred today, please tell me how I can get my progress back :)
