PC - Chucky / Good Guy reverted to FPS

Step 1 : Either activated Hidey Ho or vaulted over a tree (they were a split second apart so I can't tell).
Step 2 : No step 2. Chucky was suddenly in FPS camera and it was impossible to play.
Attached I send screenshots, but I also have videos (over 150 mb) which exceed the 50mb cap, which is why I haven't uploaded them to this thread.
