What do the Devs have against Xbox?
Why is Xbox the only system that didn't get the new achievement for finding the easter egg on yamoka estate?
As an achievement hunter who has 100 percent in dbd I gotta say, I absolutely loved it today when my achievement hunting friends on crossplay all got together and got their achievement and I got left out because for whatever reason bhvr has decided Xbox can get shafted
And furthermore, why do playstation and steam have anon mode but Xbox don't?

Im gonna assume the xbox player base is too small for them to act. Unless a dev says otherwise, its all we got.

Unlikely.
DBD is free on Game Pass and is consistently in the top games played there, keeping up with games like GTA V or R6.

BHVR is bad at this? Next best option lol. Sorry man, this sounds horrible. May the Entity fix this mess for you quickly.

A more likely option considering the state of the rest of the game.

Spare a thought for the Nintendo Switch players, that version of the game doesn't even have achievements (but maybe that's Nintendo's fault, I don't know).

Ah yes, as I said in my post I'm a big achievement hunter. Nintendo were at one point considering achievements for their games (they were gonna call them ribbons) but they decided they didn't wanna go for it as they felt achievements took away from games for whatever reason

The implementation of their Anonymous Mode violated some of Microsoft''s policies, and it was removed after like two weeks or so. I don't believe it will return sadly.

There could be some issues with Microsoft not letting them just add achievements that are not tied to a DLC. I know everyone loves to jump to the conclusion that a gaming company is lazy, bad at their jobs, or just out to get you, but it's almost never those cases.

I looked up the achievement terms and conditions after you posted this because I thought it was a valid point but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case

Microsoft regulations prevent BHVR from implementing Anon mode on Xbox.
It was actually done already when it was first introduced, but BHVR was told to roll it back. No idea why, maybe you are required to be able to access other XBox player profiles for socials or something?
I would assume similar regulations regarding adding achievements prevented it from being added on Xbox in time with other platforms.
