I dont know how you come to the conclusion that new Patches only drop on Tuesday. This has not been the case for quite some time, we also had patches on Wednesday or even Thursday.
But as long as they did not announce anything, nobody should expect a patch. They usually only announce Patches shortly before they are deployed.

Well Wednesday and Thursday are special cases reserved for midchapters or chapter debuts ptb/live. But hotfixes are usually consistent to be the following Tuesdays afterwards. Usually 2 total hotfixes in-between chapters

I assume the hot fix for bugs and whatnot is tomorrow. Today was the console-release of the photosensitivity fix, which being honest is more important.

Right now our main focus has been the Strobing / Flashing light issue as well as the rubberbanding issue, the first one is completely resolved, and we're continuing to work on the latter. We will share more information as it becomes available.

Thank you, Mandy. Will the Nintendo Switch hotfix that returns our Stranger Things and Ghostface DLC be its own patch? Or do we have to wait until there is a patch for the rubberbanding on all platforms?

And now a Patch dropped and its Monday. Can we stop with the "usually"-stuff? When nothing is announced, nothing should be expected, even on the "usual" dates.

Quite a decent patch too, they've fixed alot of stuff. I'm guessing some of the devs were putting in the overtime hours on the weekend.

I think the BHVR policy on things like Crunch Time is pretty well known, so no.
Updates also have to go to the Platforms for Certifications, that's why it does take a bit longer.

No no. I think I'm still gonna keep saying "usually" since the term I used it in didn't mean it was a guaranteed 100% that it would happen. And this patch was that case which is very rare.
Besides, you shouldn't let something like this concern you. We all just use patterns to estimate not fully predict the exact date. If I'm wrong, then it's wrong. If I'm right then I'm right. Not fighting for a reward or anything here
