When are we gonna fix terrible map reworks
Coldwind farm was a fair realm except cowshed now just a dead zone and a lot of unplayable tiles it’s so sad loading up into coldwind now because no one wants to play on it it’s just boring barley any pallets just nothing
Haddonfield we all agreed this rework was unacceptable the edge map pallets are a joke the map is way too weak now you guys made a lot of loops unplayable and you guys ignored us I love this game and this dev team but it kind of seemed like a smack in the face we all give our concerns about the rework and say it can’t go live like that and nothing was said or done about it…
bhvr pls fix haddonfield and coldwind I beg there’s already enough bad maps we don’t need two extra realms to hate

I never got the problem with the new Coldwin maps. Whenever I load into Fractured Cowshed, Rotten Fields or Thompson's House, survivors have more than enough pallets to work with. Especially Cowshed.
Torment Creek and Rancid Arbattoir are the problems in my opinion. Torment Creek just has too many deadzones, though it's balanced out a bit by it's big size. Rancid is more problematic because it's not a veyr big map, and just doesn't have enough pallets for survivors to work with.
The other 3 coldwin maps are fine though in my opinion.

The Haddonfield map for sure is atrocious. Killers can just stand in the middle of the street and see both exit gates, lots of dead zones and useless loops/palettes. Idk how they managed to make an outdoor map worse than Midwich but here we are. They should revert it until they come up with a better rework because it is literally unplayable right now.
When it comes to Coldwin I agree with ad19970 that some of them are better and some are worse. Tho I have the opinion that they should delete 4 duplicates altogether, of all maps that have 4 duplicates to be frank, because it’s just really effin’ boring to have these maps every second match because of their natural higher chance.
Also a side note for all the maps being reworked. They all shrink in size to accommodate the M1 killers. But why do the hyper mobile killers, that already had an easier time getting over maps when they were bigger, stay completely unaddressed?
