Are BHVR creating 'Pay-to-Win' Skins?
With the latest legendary skin, it seems that BHVR are making parts of this game Pay-to-win with the likes of the Huntress were-elk skin.
You are not able to hear the huntress wind-up making this skin extremely favourable over other skins. I am hoping this is an oversight from the Devs and that they'll correct this in the future.
But it seems kinda crazy to give an extremely favourable skin which you have to pay for to gain an advantage over any other skin.
Hope the Devs will review this

I dunno if we can really claim that over 1 skin, in fact the survivor skins that people say are p2w because of their quieter audio is being fixed (supposedly) by the devs.
So it's likely that with the elk skin they'll end up adjusting his audio levels to make him louder than his release, I don't think BHVR are intentionally making skins P2W, since updates (not just skins) suffer from a lack of stress testing and forethought.

I like playing against Huntress, it's fun.
But I refuse to play against the new skinned Huntress.

It is two skins. Naughty Bear is much quieter, almost silent even, than Evan. Agree with the rest though - volume mixing seems to be done in a vacuum. Still it is weird that it is labeled a bug.

Both Were-Elk Huntress, and Trapper's Naughty Bear cosmetic, are experiencing some visual and audio issues, which have been reported in the Bug Report category of the Forum, and are being looked into by the Team.
