Perks Need Balance Changes More Often
Despite there being well over a 100 perks in the game, it feels like we rarely see perk balance changes. Every mid chapter or new chapter it seems like only 2-3 perks get tweaked despite only a handful of them actually being good. We still have perks like This Is Not Happening, Premonition, Bloodhound, Predator, etc which haven’t been touched in many years or not even at all. It would make the game feel more fresh and less repetitive if perks were balanced more often and more than just 2 or 3 of them every couple months.

Since late July of last year, BHVR has only touched 5 survivor perks in any way. Five.
October 10th - Background Player buffed.
November 28th - Made For This nuked.
January 30th - Quick Gambit was reworked. (lol)
April 23rd - Decisive Strike buffed and Adrenaline nerfed
There are killer add-ons that have gotten more attention and tweaks in the last two hundred and eighty four days than the entire suite of survivor perks, buffs OR nerfs.

Would be nice if there was like a pool of say 20 perks (10 a side) that see very low usage and a thread thrown up to discuss potential changes on them. Or even if no discussion of changes are there, just a community poll of "we think these perks might be a little poo and are considering updating them, which perks would you like to see tackled first?" would be cool.

This is my #1 criticism with the game right now. There are too many perks that could be decent, but are held back in some way.

My few perk buff concepts:
This is Not Happening
• After wiggling out of the killer's grasp, their power is disabled for 5/7/10 seconds, losing all stacks if it does have any.
Slippery Meat
• Increases the anti-face-camp field by 2/4/6 meters
• You can unhook yourself 15% sooner.
Predator
• Scratch marks are brighter and stay on longer (+ keeping the original function)

Highly agree, there are so many perks on both sides that are (borderline) useless or so extremely nieche that they only work in certain situiations. The meta is so stale with every role having a pool of maybe ~ 10 useful perks. Also like ArcT said:

…and literally no good perks have been added since.

I'm pretty sure BHVR has decision gridlock when they're gonna change stuff it makes them move at a glacial place. Like they have so so many employees every decision gets filtered through like five layers of management.
